At the Hotel Alpin, the host is also the chef, who enjoys pampering guests with South Tyrolean and international dishes. Johannes places great importance on regional and healthy products, exemplified by organic, Fair Trade ingredients.

Even the breakfasts at Hotel Alpin are made with quality local produce. Snacks and cakes are available daily for a small fee, as well as a weekly cake buffet with homemade desserts.

The evening five-course dinners are gourmet spreads of Alpine and Mediterranean cuisine. Made-to order vegetarian, gluten- or lactose-free meals are also available.


In the summer, the terrace allows guests to take their breakfast and dinner outdoors, while enjoying a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains and valleys.
